HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Account Security and Your Rights Under These Terms

We collect only the data needed to operate your account, verify identity, and process transactions through UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe.

Data We Hold

We store your registration details, transaction records, and session logs. No payment credentials are held on our servers — UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe handle that data on their own secured infrastructure.

Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences from the footer of any page on 0il.club without affecting your account.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and two-step login verification. If we detect unusual access — a new device or unexpected location — we pause the session and ask you to confirm identity before continuing.

Data Retention Period

Account and transaction data is retained for the period mandated under applicable Indian law. Once that period lapses, we delete the records from active storage and remove them from backup within 90 days.

Who to Contact for Data Requests

To request a copy of your data, ask for deletion, or correct any record, submit a request through the in-account form or email our data team. We aim to respond within 72 hours of receiving a valid request.

Requesting a Terms Change

If you disagree with a terms update, you may close your account before the new version takes effect and withdraw your balance. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date confirms acceptance of the updated terms.

Your Questions on the 0il Terms

Below are the questions we receive most often about how these terms apply to accounts in India. If your question is not here, contact support with a clause reference and we will clarify in writing.

Yes. These terms apply to every account regardless of which payment method you use. UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe deposits are all covered under the same account agreement you accepted when you opened your account.

No. We must notify you of any material change before it takes effect, either by email or by an in-app message. Minor edits such as grammar corrections take effect immediately but are flagged in the revision log at the bottom of this page.

Any verified balance in your account at the time of closure is returned to you via the payment method you last used — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of these terms.

Use the in-account dispute form and include your account ID, the transaction reference, and the clause you believe was misapplied. We will send a written decision within five business days citing the applicable terms section.

You can request deletion of personal data that is not required to be held under Indian law. Submit the request through the support form or email the data team. We aim to confirm and action valid requests within 72 hours.

The version published on this page at the start of your session governs that session. We timestamp every version, and the current effective date is shown at the top of the full terms document linked from the footer.

Access to the platform and the enforceability of these terms depends on local law in your state. These terms apply only where access is permitted by applicable local law. Check the eligibility clause before opening an account.
