Six Ways We Protect and Manage Your Information

All personal data stored on our servers is encrypted using AES-256. Data moving between your device and our platform — including UPI and PhonePe payment signals — travels over TLS 1.3 so it cannot be read in transit.

Account Security and Two-Factor Login

When you enable two-factor authentication on your 0il account, we store only the hashed token — never the seed. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to your registered address before access is granted.

Retention Schedule and Deletion

We keep active account data for as long as your account remains open. Closed-account records are held for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted from all production systems.

When you deposit via UPI or PhonePe, the payment network processes the transaction and shares a confirmation token with us. We store that token and the transaction amount for reconciliation and fraud prevention — we do not store your full UPI credentials or bank account details on our servers.
